Kevin Donnelly PT, OCS graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physical Therapy. Kevin performed internships with University Hospital in Jacksonville, FL; Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center in Fisherville, VA; and Bay Home Health in Panama City, FL. Kevin is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy since 1998. He is also a member of the American College of Sports Medicine. Kevin has served as a Clinical Instructor of the Department of Physical Therapy at the University of Florida College of Health Related Professions. During his career as a Physical Therapist, Kevin has acted as the Chairman of the Third Party Payer Committee and served on the Political Action Committee of the Florida Physical Therapy Association.
