Mid-Florida Physical Therapy employs several athletic trainers in order to assist in patient care in the clinic as well as patient care in the community.

Mid-Florida Physical Therapy provides athletic training services to Trinity Catholic High School in Ocala, FL and has previously contributed athletic training services to many organizations throughout Marion County including: Belleview High School, Dunnellon High School, Big Sun Soccer Special Events, Balcony Gymnastics, Marion County Safe Kids Coalition, Ocala Runners Club, and the Florida/Georgia All-Star Football Classic.

While maintaining a firm relationship with these organizations, Mid-Florida Physical Therapy also provides community education such as golf fitness programs and baseball/softball throwing mechanics clinics. Mid-Florida Physical Therapy assists yearly in physical examinations for public school sports eligibility in addition to offering free Sports Injury Screenings/Clinics along with instruction to individuals in sport specific exercise programs.

Mid-Florida Physical Therapy founded Mid-Florida Sports Medicine which is an organization approved as providers for continuing education for physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and athletic trainers by providing workshops on an annual basis.
